The place was fairly clean with private parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was free, with plenty of food.

Room was clean

The shower did not work properly with only a light mist coming out of the shower head. The tub wouldn't empty and the matress was hard. Would not recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly and cute at check-in, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was also very convenient, especially being close to the airport.

The stay was primarily for visiting the nearby attractions, including the expo center. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff, especially the lady in the breakfast area who went out of her way to help. The room was in good condition and clean. The gym facilities could definitely use some improvements as they weren't quite what we hoped for.

Had REALLY GREAT stay on vacation. The breakfast was free and offered a great selection of items. The hotel was short walk to Holiday Inn express and restaurants and the airport and other destinations in Syracuse thanks to its marvellous location.

The shuttle service was prompt and helpful. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, a nice touch. Breakfast options were solid. Staff were friendly throughout my stay 😊

We explored the NYS Fairgrounds and caught a game at Syracuse University. The staff was super friendly, and our rooms were clean. Breakfast options were solid, and there were plenty of nearby attractions to check out. Definitely recommend staying here for a group trip!

The only downside was that the gym could use some improvements. It wasn't as nice as we'd hoped, but it didn't ruin our vibe.

I enjoyed the comfy Standard King Room and loved the breakfast spread-it was delicious! The indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of traveling, and I appreciated the option for early breakfast. Our only hiccup was the check-in process, which could have been a bit smoother, but overall, it was a pleasant stay 😊

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, and the pancake machine was a fun addition, even though it was out of order . The WiFi connection was spotty at times, a bit frustrating while trying to plan my next move. The air conditioning in my room wasn't as cool as I'd like. The atmosphere of the hotel felt cute, and I found the location convenient for my travels.

Family with children, but not without issues

The staff were friendly, but housekeeping was knocking on doors way too early. The breakfast was decent enough, but my kids felt rushed to leave since we were actually told checkout was 11am.

It wasn't exactly low-priced, but I suppose it was acceptable for what we got.
